Battlestar Galactica Podcasts

In case you aren't aware, there are Podcasts that follow every new BSG episode that get published by the show's executive producer, Ronald D. Moore. They basically consist of him talking about the different parts of the episode and why they did some stuff and what stuff they didn't do. They go back all the way back to episode nine of the first season.

In case you have been living under a rock for the last couple of years, you can read about what a podcast is here. You can get to them through iTunes, if you search for Battlestar on their Podcasts page, you'll find the link to subscribe.

The commentary is actually somewhat amusing too. Apparently people have complained about the beeps that are in the Podcasts to designate the ends of acts in the episode and it annoys some people that listen. They can be somewhat insightful about the episodes as well since they talk about stuff that had to be cut, usually due to time constraints. "Pegasus" is a good example of this, according to the Podcast there is going to be a 90 minute version of it on the DVDs. And if you have seen the season two finale, you'll learn through the Podcasts that it is indeed not some sort of dream.
